要約(日本語): Future telecom systems are expected to be operated in X- band (8-12 GHz) or in K-band (12-40 GHz) according to the latest 3GPP release. Hexaferrite materials are, thus, attracted a lot of attention recently due to their excellent high frequency magnetic properties. We investigated the high frequency permeabilities of various Co- and Ti- doped Ba-M and Sr-M hexaferrites. Ferromagnetic resonance (FMR) frequency was found decreasing from ~20 GHz to 5.4 GHz, with the increase of Co- and Ti- substitution from x=1.0 to 1.4 in SrCoxTixFe12-2xO19 samples. The result highlights the suitability of CoTiM family of hexaferrites for their integration into high frequency passives.
