要約(日本語): To evaluate network plascticity induced by electrical stimuli, we recorded firings from a dissociated cortical neuronal network cultured on Multi-Electrode-array Dish (MED) in parallel with stimulation of various stimuli conditions. Six frequencies of stimuli and a choice of two single electrodes to induce stimuli were tested in the experiment. By estimating connection property at each time from data using the model-based method, the mean of connection strength was found to radically potentiate with a few frequencies of stimuli induced from only one electrode. Other stimuli conditions evoked no noticeable potentiation or depression of connection strength.
