要約(日本語): We analyzed the number of spikes in the neural network to investigate periodicity and stability of spontaneous activity. Clustering by the X-means method with kkz preprocessing was applied to spike counts data. The number of clusters was stable for 30 min with some fructuations for for every culture. As extening of clustering range gradually, the number of clusters began to saturate in young cultures (< 30 DIV). On the contrary, the number of clusters in old culture bot saturated by extending clustering range. If number of clusters correspond to number of pattern repertory of activity, the cycle of pattern repertory is shorter in young cultures than in old culture. The result suggest that the pattern of spontaneous activity is periodic. In addition, evoked action potential is analyzed to quantify the influence of stimulation on neuronal network.
