要約(日本語): The preservation of photosensitivity in cultured retina is important for the in vitroreconstruction of visual system. We formed cell aggregates including rod and retinal ganglion cells,and observed electrical activities on microelectrode arrays at 2 weeks in vitro. Furthermore, the lightstimulation device was designed. The next step will be cultures of cell aggregates together withsuperior colliculus slices.
