要約(英語): Actuators using cultured muscle cells has been developed nowadays. Previous researches show bending movement of joint by these actuators; however, torsion has not been achieved yet. Focusing on twist mechanism actuators using muscle cells, we have fabricated a chamber to culture, and pillars to be fixed with gel including cells. After pouring the gel in the chamber, we confirmed gel could fix pillars.
