要約(英語): The X-ray thickness gauge is an indispensable tool on rolling lines to measure the thickness of metal sheets and assure their quality. Recently, abnormal prediction is required for maintenance line. When X-ray generator abnormality can be predicted, replacements in advance can be planned and customer’s line downtime can be reduced._x000D_ In this report, we introduce a function that informs abnormal prediction to user. Abnormal prediction is calculated by monitoring spikes of tube voltage, tube current, etc. of X-ray generator parameter.
