要約(日本語): 近年，ロボットによる接客が増加している．しかし，ロボットによる接客に違和感を感じる人は多く，その違和感を言葉で表現するのは難しい．そこで，本研究では，人とインタラクションを行うロボットに着目した．その違和感の調査に，心拍情報による快不快判定を用いた．実験結果より，人がインタラクションを行った場合で不快と判定された人のグループは，ロボットがインタラクションを行った場合で快と判定される傾向がみられた．

要約(英語): In recent years, opportunity of using robot as a receptionist is increasing. Somehow, many people feel the reception of the robot as a discomfort, and it’s difficult to describe such discomfort. So, in this research, we focused on the robot which interacts with human, and used heartbeat to research such discomfort.
