要約(日本語): 我々は揮発性の高い水溶液でも真空下で安定にエレクトロスプレーさせるための技術開発を行い、それをもとに真空型エレクトロスプレー液滴イオン(V-EDI)銃を試作した。このV-EDI銃を二次イオン質量分析計やX線光電子分光装置に設置し、固体試料に照射してイオン化やエッチングの性能評価を行っている。講演ではV-EDI銃の開発経緯やV-EDIビームを表面分析に利用したときの分析性能について紹介する。
