要約(日本語): 我々は料理画像から栄養素を推定することを目的に研究を行なっている。今回、料理名と対応する複数の栄養素からなるデータセット作成手順の検討を行った。webから調理手順を収集、調理手順文章コーパスを作成し、同コーパスからSkip-gramを用いて分散表現を得た。コーパス作成手順や、分散表現から料理名の周辺語を構成する材料や調理方法の抽出方法を検討した。

From the corpus creation procedure and the distributed representation, we investigated the methods of extracting materials and cooking methods that make up the peripheral words of cooking names.
