要約(日本語): 分散型電源(DG)は，導入に関わる需要家のコスト負担がいまだ高いこと，および，一般電気事業者にとってのメリットが低いことから，大幅な導入につながっていないのが実状である．本研究では，DG導入の社会的影響を考慮に入れた導入促進方策を議論することを最終目標に，DG導入が供給信頼度の向上に及ぼす影響と，それに伴う停電コスト削減効果を評価する。また，評価結果に基づき，需要家，Utilityの双方にメリットがあるようなDG導入形態の可能性を議論する。

要約(英語): The distributed generation systems (DGs) are expected as an alternative for the existing large-scale generation system. However, initial cost of DG is still expensive comparing to the legacy generation plants. In order to promote further DG installation, the merit of DG should be investigated adequately. This paper proposes the social-cost based merit evaluation in which the effect of DG installation on nodal reliability is estimated. This paper also shows some case studies and discusses how the DERs and the conventional bulk-system generators should cooperate in a reliability management.
