要約(日本語): 将来需要の不確実性が増す中、設備投資コストを抑制するためには、既存電力設備の有効活用が重要となる。本研究では、既存・新規電源の両者が取り扱えるように改良したスクリーニング法によって得た電源構成を基に、需給シミュレーションにより電力系統の運用制約を考慮した既存・新規電源の台数及び設置個所を決定する手法を提案する。想定需要の伸びの鈍化等のシナリオの下で、本提案手法の有効性や適用可能性について検討する。

Moreover, the number and the setting point of the new generators are adjusted through supply and demand simulations with the operation constraints.
