In recent years, distributed generations such as PVs have been introduced more and more in the distribution power system. Their reverse power raises voltage over the upper limit, line current over limit current of lines and increases power loss. Overvoltage problem has been resolved by utilizing the inverter of PVs; however this maybe increases the power loss more. So, in this paper, we consider network configuration problem with the introduction of PVs which may utilize the free capacity of their inverters for voltage control, and find a system topology for minimizing the power loss and the adjusted reactive power of the inverters.
