要約(日本語): In this paper, Economic Load Dispatch is tested to keep the probability of voltage instability below the acceptable predefined value from the stochastic respective. The voltage stability of the power systems is assessed by Voltage Instability Proximity Index (VIPI). In the system penetrated wind farms highly, with N-1 criterion, the operating point may reach to the critical point due to the uncertain generation of WFs, and it results the probability of the voltage instability becomes larger. To limit the probability, the generation of the thermal generators is adjusted based on the constraint of VIPI which is determined from the marginal distribution. After the unsafe probability of VIPI is improve by dispatching the generators, DFIG wind turbines are controlled to inject the reactive power to system from the overall control system. The injected reactive power of DIFG WTs reduces the probability of voltage instability and it is results the generation of the generators is adjusted properly to get economic target
