要約(日本語): 多種多様なプレーヤーが送電系統を利用して取引が行われる競争環境下では、公共性の高い送電系統を安全かつ有効に利用することが重要となる。本研究では、N-1送電線故障を考慮して送電容量を確保した地点間電力取引の取引量の変動や、需要変動などで生じるインバランスに対する追加的なコストの評価手法を提案し、モデル系統を用いたシミュレーションによる提案手法の有効性を検討した。

要約(英語): This study proposes the evaluation method of the additional cost of the fluctuation of volume of transactions of the point-to-point electricity supply that secured transmission capacity in consideration of N-1 transmission line fault. This paper presents the effectiveness of our proposed method by the simulation using the model system.
