要約(英語): From the viewpoint of the energy conservation, an operation with the switch configuration minimizing distribution loss is desirable. In this paper, we propose yearly loss minimization method based on branch and bound method to determine the reconfiguration periods and the loss minimum configurations under the limit of reconfiguration times.
