要約(日本語): 今後，分散型電源の増加などにより，系統電圧を目標値に維持することが困難となると予想される。これに対し，筆者らは国際規格のIEC 61850に準拠した保護制御ユニットであるIEDを適用した電圧・無効電力制御（VQC）装置を試作し，簡単な動作確認を行った。今回，動作確認において見られた，制御動作時間のばらつきについて検討し，装置の改良を行った。本論文では，改良前と改良後の装置における簡単な試験の比較結果について述べる。

要約(英語): In the future, it’s expected to be difficult to maintain the system voltage to target value because of increasing of the distributed power supply. The authors have proposed voltage and reactive power control unit using IED and tested the unit simply. But it has some problems about the operation time. This paper describes the improved voltage and reactive power control unit using IED and make a comparison between test results of the unimproved unit and the improved unit.
