要約(日本語): 再生可能エネルギーの普及拡大につれ、その出力が固定価格買取制度の適用外となり、計画値同時同量制度の下で電力市場に参入することが想定される。その際の発電事業者の入札行動を分析し、その結果を基に適切な計画値同時同量制度の検討を行った。本研究では再生可能エネルギーの出力変動や実運用断面でのインバランス量などの不確実性を考慮し、現在施行されているインバランス料金算定方式の評価を行った。

要約(英語): In this paper, relationship between calculation method of imbalance charge and bidding strategy of market participants is analyzed by using power system model with wind power integration considering uncertain output fluctuation of renewable energy sources. Moreover, in order to stimulate the proper behaviors of market participants, a calculation method of imbalance charge was studied.
