要約(日本語): 小売全面自由化に続く電力システム改革の取り組みとして、ネガワット取引が2017年4月に始まる。これによって需要家が節電した電力量を小売電気事業者や送配電事業者が需給調整に利用できるようになる。そこで本研究では、日本卸電力市場においてネガワット取引が可能になった際の約定価格や約定量への影響についてシミュレーションを行い調査し、ネガワット取引導入前後での評価を行う。

要約(英語): In this paper, power market is simulated considering the negawatt power transaction. It is expected that retail electric utilities and transmission and distribution electric utilities use regulation of supply and demand by negawatt trading. Therefore, it is observed that the contract price decreases, and the contract quantity increases.
