要約(日本語): The increasing penetration of renewable energy sources (RESs) in electrical networks, i.e., wind power and photovoltaic (PV) systems, impacts the frequency stability of the power systems. Basically, a wind farm (WF) and PV system do not provide frequency support because of the uncontrollability of the input energy. Moreover, overall system inertia will be reduced due to massive integration of RES because conventional generation units that provide reserve power need to be decreased. In this paper, a new virtual inertia controller based on fuzzy logic is developed for variable speed wind turbine with doubly fed induction generator (VSWT-DFIG) to enhance the transient stability of the power system with RESs introduced during generation outage. Under the proposed virtual inertia control, VSWT-DFIGs supply their kinetic energy (KE) during transient period in order to make the power system stable. The real wind speed data is used in this work to show the effectiveness of the proposed control system. The simulation analysis is performed on a hybrid power system model.
