要約(日本語): In this paper, a new adaptive frequency control scheme is proposed for variable speed wind turbines with permanent magnet synchronous generators (VSWT-PMSGs) based offshore wind farm (WF), which is connected to the main onshore grid through voltage source converter (VSC) based high voltage DC (HVDC) transmission system, to damp the frequency fluctuations of the onshore grid installed with fixed speed wind turbines with squirrel cage induction generators (FSWT-SCIGs). A centralized droop controller with dead band is proposed for the offshore WF composed of VSWT-PMSGs to control the frequency oscillations of the main grid. In this proposed system, a 10% power margin is preserved by adopting deloading operation for better frequency regulation. The effectiveness of the proposed control system is evaluated through simulation analysis, which is performed on a model system composed of synchronous generators (SGs), FSWT-SCIGs based onshore WF, and VSWT-PMSGs based offshore WF.
