要約(日本語): 再生可能エネルギー導入量が急激に増加してきた近年、電力会社によっては太陽光発電が全発電量のおよそ7割を占める場合も発生している。天候依存のため将来的に電力系統の信頼性の低下につながっていくことが心配されている。　そこで本研究では位相差と電力の広域動揺成分に着目し、系統全体の慣性、同期化力を把握することでリアルタイムでの電力系統の監視・制御技術に寄与することを目的としている。
