要約(日本語): In recent years, the matrix converter was proposed, this topology is more complex in modulation design, but no drawback from dc-link capacitor. In this paper, a fixed-slope carrier modulation method is proposed to implement three steps hybrid commutation method in the direct matrix converter. Because this method uses fixed slope carrier, so that is easier than space vector modulation and variable-slope carrier method to implement the switch signals. Moreover, the modulation signals of proposed method are more continuously, which can’t easy to cause switching errors in control.

要約(英語): In recent years, the matrix converter was proposed, this topology is more complex in modulation design, but no drawback from dc-link capacitor. In this paper, a fixed-slope carrier modulation method is proposed to implement three steps hybrid commutation method in the direct matrix converter. Because this method uses fixed slope carrier, so that is easier than space vector modulation and variable-slope carrier method to implement the switch signals. Moreover, the modulation signals of proposed method are more continuously, which can’t easy to cause switching errors in control.
