要約(日本語): In recent years, three-level T-type inverter has been widely applied in solar power generation systems, however, the traditional modulation method will result in the triple-fundamental-frequency oscillation at the neutral point of T-type inverter. It will affect the maximum power point tracking of solar cell strings. Therefore, a hybrid modulation strategy is proposed in this paper, the proposed hybrid modulation strategy can effectively suppress the triple- fundamental-frequency oscillation at the neutral point of T-type inverter and film capacitors are able to replace electrolytic capacitors to increase the lifetime of the inverter. experimental result are provided to verify the proposed modulating method.
