要約(日本語): This paper proposes and compares several energy control functions for the PV power smoothing system. This system has PV and the Energy Storage (ES) and smoothes the short-period fluctuation components of PV power by charging and discharging power from the ES. The long-period fluctuation components of PV power flows back to the grid. Energy control reduces the capacity of the ES and keeps its SOC within a range of 15% to 85%. These proposal functions are evaluated in terms of the SOC of ES and the fluctuation rate of power flowing to the grid.
