要約(日本語): Clean energy incentives and market deregulation in the power industry have led to an increase in the integration of distributed energy resources (DERs) to microgrids. However, islanding operation is one of the major protection problems in the DER integrated microgrids. In this study, an intelligent islanding detection scheme using variational mode decomposition-Hilbert transform of modal voltage signal features is proposed. The proposed scheme uses optimized multilayer perceptron to identify the islanding operations from other non-islanding events. To evaluate the performance of the proposed scheme, several datasets of islanding and non-islanding events including uncertainty are analyzed. Simulation results indicate that the proposed scheme successfully distinguish islanding from other non-islanding events.
