要約(日本語): At present, in a long-distance transmission system constructed in Japan, there is a long period fluctuation of about 0.5 Hz to 0.8 Hz depending on a generator group connected to the system. In addition, with the capacity of wind power generation connected to the grid, the influence on the power grid becomes large. In this paper, we use the speed control of the wind turbine to compensate the output fluctuation due to the inertia of the wind turbine, and investigate the influence of the wind fluctuation to the long period oscillation of the power system.
