要約(日本語): 電力小売事業に新規参入した事業者は、電力の調達を日本卸電力取引市場（JEPX）に頼ることが多い。日々の調達計画を最適に行うには、エリアの電力需要予測が精度よく行われることが求められる。そこで本研究では、ブラックボックスモデリングの1種であるJust-In-Time Modelingを用いて、東京電力管轄エリアを対象に、翌日のエリアの電力需要予測を試みた。また、精度改善に向けて入力の精査や誤差分析等を行う。

要約(英語): Power retailers have to precisely forecast power demand to efficiently perform their daily power procurement planning. In this paper, we carry out the forecast of the power demand in specific area, i.e., the TEPCO service area, on the next day with Just-In-Time Modeling which is a kind of black box modeling. Furthermore, we improve its accuracy based on the error analysis.
