要約(日本語): 自然変動電源の導入を促進するため，近年，蓄電池等の需要家リソース群を活用した需給調整力提供が検討されつつある。しかしながら，需要家の需要変動などの状態変化によって需要家リソースの出力調整量が事前に指定された大きさに達しない可能性がある。そこで本研究では，需要家リソースとして蓄電池を想定し，需要変動を考慮した調整能力評価を行うと共に，需要変動を考慮した調整力提供方法について検討する。

要約(英語): Utilizing customer's resources is considered to provide demand and supply regulation to increase penetration of renewable energy generations, however, regulation capacity in customer's resources is affected by consumer’s demand variability. This paper evaluates regulation capacity in customer's resources and proposes method to decide appropriate amount of regulation capacity considering demand variability.
