要約(日本語): スマートグリッド関連の国際標準化や需要家サービスの動きが進んでいる。しかしながら，わが国の現状や動向にそぐわないユースケース等も同時に議論されている。国際標準化の流れに整合しながら，わが国にとっても価値のある議論となるように先行的に検討されているユースケースを類型化し，わが国の実情に沿うように検討する必要がある。本稿では，国際的にも重要なEISアライアンスユースケースを類型化し，それぞれの分類に対してわが国の実情を踏まえた検討を行う。また，今後の需要家サービスについての課題を示す。

要約(英語): Movement of the international standards and identification of service for consumers related to the smart grid is progressing steadily. However, it is not clear whether the developed use cases using conceptual models of the smart grid are adapted to the current situation and trend in Japan. It is required to classify consumer services consisted with the trend of the international standardization and consider the facts of power systems in Japan. In this paper, we use "Energy Information Standards(EIS) Alliance Customer Domain Use Cases" to classify and investigate minutely each use case. We also show the problems of future services for consumers.
