要約(日本語): 近年、効率的な施設管理を目的とする管理の一体化を実現するため、水道事業体は広域監視制御システムを導入している。しかし、広域監視制御システムを短期間で安価に導入したことにより、水道施設の信頼性を損ねる新たな問題点が浮かび上がってきている。そこで本報告では、統合化に際しての問題点を提示し、広域監視制御システムへの新たなニーズとして展開するとともに、信頼性向上を実現させた当社の広域監視制御システムのいくつかの機能について紹介する。

要約(英語): In recent years, water supply municipality is introducing wide area monitoring control system for centralized operation in order to make efficient management and maintenance. However, the aim of achieving low cost and short period to install the system has caused some problem affecting the reliability of waterworks.In this paper, we identified these problems and function needs of wide area monitoring control system, and introduce new feature in our monitoring control system which improve the reliability.
