要約(英語): Recent remarkable progress of ICT has been changing use conditions of monitoring systems in water supply and sewerage facilities. In this paper, we report the trends and issues of the monitoring systems that utilize a cloud computing. With the cloud computing we would be able to make efficient monitoring works and would not have to have monitoring facilities, which could reduce initial investment and maintenance cost.
