要約(日本語): 水道は社会基盤を構成するライフラインであり、安定供給に対する需要者のニーズは非常に高い。しかし、水需要の減少による予算が縮小と、設備の老朽化が問題となっている。このため、運転操作の自動化など、施設の効率的な運用が求められている。カオス需要予測を使った自動制御を導入したことで施設の効率的な運用が可能となった。そのシステム概要、導入効果について報告する。
