要約(英語): The water and sewage service businesses in Japan are now facing various problems associated with sustainable business operations. Such as the stagnation and gradual decrease in water demand, a lack of experienced personnel due to the retirement of people in the baby boom generation, aging facilities, and provision for earthquake disasters. This paper reports the performance diagnostic system applied multivariate statistical process control (MSPC) technology, which is one of the ICT solution methods for the efficient operation of water supply and sewerage facilities.
