要約(日本語): 大規模プラントの安全で効率的な運用は，運転員が監視制御システムを用いてプラントの状態を認識し対応操作を行うことで実現されてきた。本稿では，上下水道プラントの監視制御データからプラントの状態認識と対応操作に関するノウハウを定量的に抽出する手法を検討した結果を報告する。さらに，抽出したノウハウデータの上下水道プラントの運用高度化への活用を検討した結果について述べる。

要約(英語): The operators have realized safe and efficient operation of large-scale plants by monitoring and controlling the state of plants using a supervisory control system. In this paper, we report the results of examining the method of extracting plant operation know-how from monitoring control data on pump operation of water supply plant.
