要約(日本語): IEC 61850で定められている記述言語（SCL）を用いて，国内変電所の単線結線図，監視制御システムの機能，構内通信システムを表すケーススタディを行った。単線結線図と構内通信システムについては記述できたが，監視制御システムの機能を表すためには，論理ノードの拡張等，何らかの対策が必要となることが明らかとなった。

要約(英語): We have described single-line diagrams, SCADA system functions and communication systems in domestic substations using SCL specified in IEC 61850. The results show that few problem was found in the descriptions of single-line diagrams and communication systems. On the other hand, some extensions of logical nodes would be needed to apply IEC 61850 to the substations.
