要約(日本語): 近年、海外では、変電所内の機器間の通信等に関する国際規格であるIEC61850の採用が進んでいる。IEC61850は、単に機器間の通信プロトコルだけではなく、機器のモデル化や試験内容および環境条件なども含む規格となっており、また第三者による認証試験も行われていることから、異メーカ機器が混在する変電所システムにおける機器の接続性やデータ保守性の向上が期待できる。今回、IEC61850を適用した変電所監視制御システムの開発を行ったので報告する。

要約(英語): Recently, adoption of IEC61850 that is an international standard about communication networks and systems in substation is increasing.IEC61850 is a standard that defines not only the communication protocol between IEDs but also data modeling required for substation and conformance testing, and 3rd party certification is available. Therefore, it is expected to be easier to integrate IEDs made of several different manufacturers.Thus, in this paper, we develop a new SCMS integrated with IEC61850.
