要約(日本語): 中部電力では監視制御システムのディジタル化により，装置の高信頼度化，メンテナンスフリー化を進めている。このうち１０回線程度までの低位系開閉所向けには，ユニット思想を適用し，低コストとしたディジタル制御システムの適用を進めているが，２以上の電圧階級には対応していなかった。そこで，このシステムに変圧器監視制御機能を新たに付加することで，小規模二次変電所までの適用拡大を実現したためここに報告する。
