要約(日本語): 給電運用・運転業務上必要となる電気所等のＳＶ・ＴＭ情報を伝送している給電情報伝送装置は老朽化が進んでおり，今後取替物量の増加が見込まれている。取替物量の増加に対応するため，今回，既設の装置と互換性を保ちながら，効率良く劣化更新が可能なユニット交換手法の検討を実施し，実用化できる見込みを得たので報告する。

要約(英語): Power system information acquisition equipment which acquires equipment status and telemetering information needed for power system operation is getting older. Therefore, it is expected that the number of equipment replacement will increase in the future. In order to deal with this issue, we have studied a method of unit replacement which enables efficient equipment replacement and retains compatibility with other existing equipment, and have a prospect of practical use. This paper describes the result of the study.
