要約(日本語): 変電所内の監視制御システムの自動化に向け、海外ではIEC 61850の導入が進んでいる。国内でもIEC 61850の導入に向けた検討が進められている。IEC 61850では、変電所監視制御システムにおける機能オブジェクトのデータモデルやオブジェクト間の通信手順やプロトコルを規定している。一方、実現方式についての厳密な定義はなく、通信機能は実装方式に大きく依存する。そこで、著者らは、実システム開発前に、ネットワークのトポロジや通信量等の因子による通信性能を評価するシミュレーション評価環境を開発した。本論文では、開発したシミュレーションプラットフォームと適用例について述べる。

要約(英語): The introduction of IEC 61850 proceeds to achieve substation automation systems abroad. Applying IEC 61850 to substations also seems to be an important options in domestic substations. IEC 61850 defines data models of function objects and communication procedures. However, it does not define a strict implementation method, which affects the performance.Therefore, the authors develops simulation platforms to evaluate the communication performance affected by topology, data amount, and so on, in advance. This article describes the simulation platform and some examples.
