要約(日本語): 本検討では、変電所自動化システムにおいて、国際規格に準拠した総合システムの構築を目指している。変電所自動化のための規格としてIEC 61850の適用が国内外で検討されているが、実設備に適用するためには、システム構築法や性能評価を十分に行う必要がある。このため本論文では、海外製保護ユニット等を用いて構築した1回線送電線保護システムと、その基礎的な特性について評価した内容を述べる。

要約(英語): This study is intended to build an integrated system for substation automation with the international standards， IEC 61850. A transmission line protection system has been constructed by using protection units made by an overseas manufacturer. This paper discusses basic characteristics of this system from the perspective of trip transfer using GOOSE.
