要約(日本語): センサ区分開閉器を適用した次世代配電自動化システムは、区分開閉器同士でセンサ情報を交換し、配電用変電所に設置された保護リレーに頼ることなく配電線事故を検出、除去するものである。従来の配電線保護は配電用変電所側で行っており、次世代配電自動化システムと重複する機能が存在する。そこで今回、次世代配電自動化システムに対応した配電用変電所保護システム構成について考察したため、ここに報告する。

要約(英語): The next-generation distribution automation system using section switches with sensors that the authors have proposed is to detect and isolate a distribution line fault by the sensor information and remote terminal units. A conventional protection system on distribution substation side has functions of protection for distribution line that are overlapped with the next-generation distribution automation system. This paper describes a new protection system for distribution substation in cooperation with the next-generation distribution automation system.
