要約(日本語): 当所ではリレー応動解析，整定支援，協調判定が可能なシステムである保護リレー整定・協調支援システム（SSSCR）を開発している。SSSCRでは実効値解析および瞬時値解析でリレー応動解析を行うことが可能であるが，本稿では実効値解析部の機能拡張を中心に紹介する。主な機能拡張しては当所で開発しているCPATGUIとの結合，解析対象リレーの拡張，整定支援機能の高度化である。

要約(英語): We have developed the Support System for Setting and Coordination (SSSCR). The system is composed of the dynamics analysis based upon Y-method and the transient analysis part based upon XTAP which stands for expendable Transients Analysis Program. We have expanded the function of effective value analysis unit. This paper will introduce extensions of effective value analysis unit in SSSCR.
