要約(日本語): 離島などのマイクログリッドでは，太陽光発電や風力発電の再生可能エネルギー比率が急増している。このため気象情報と実測データによる予測システム導入と，需給コストの最適運用が急務である。また，スマートグリッド分野では国際標準化が積極的に提案され，変電分野ではIEC61850が検討されている。筆者らは国際規格に準拠したシステム開発と離島マイクログリッドでの実証を開始したので報告する。

要約(英語): An introduction ratio of renewable energy tends to increase drastically in a micro-grid such as isolated islands. Thus, it is urgently necessary to introduce high-precision forecasting system combining weather data and measured data and an optimum operation of power supply and demand. Also, international standardization is proposed actively in the field of smart-grid are proposed, and an application of IEC61850 is considered in the field of power transformation. The authors report data recording system and demonstration of it because we develop it and start its demonstration in a micro-grid of isolated islands.
