要約(日本語): 電気所の監視制御装置の劣化設備更新では，遮断器・変圧器などの主要機器毎に停止して、旧装置から新装置へと順次切替えを行う。このため、電気所の遠隔監視制御を行う給電制御所等の運転箇所では、切替途中において新・旧装置の情報が存在するため、見かけ上二つの電気所として扱っており、効率的な電気所運転が難しい。そこで今回、新旧情報を統合し一つの電気所として運転を可能とする装置構成を検討したため報告する。

要約(英語): When updating aged deteriorated substation control and monitoring system, it is necessary to disconnect main equipment such as circuit breakers and transformers from the power system, and to switch control cables from old system to new system one by one. At the load dispatching center, continuous and efficient operation of remote monitoring and control is required during this period, by using both information of old and new systems. This report shows the results of study concerning system configuration of integrating old and new systems' information to make it operable as one substation.
