要約(日本語): 変電所設備に係る総コスト削減を目指し、変電所へのＩＥＣ６１８５０ステーションバス導入に向けた実用研究を行っている。同研究の１つとして、変電所システムがＰＭＣＮを用いた既存の給電制御所システムと通信を行うための特別高圧変電所向けＩＥＣ６１８５０／ＰＭＣＮ変換ＧＷ装置を開発している。今回、ＧＷの実装機能や通信容量、ハードウェア構成についての検討結果をまとめたので報告する。

要約(英語): We are conducting practical research toward introducing a substation system applying IEC 61850 for cost reduction. We are developing the IEC 61850/PMCN conversion GW to communicate with existing power supply control station system using PMCN. We report on the results of the examination on the implementation function, the communication capacity and the hardware constitution of GW.
