要約(英語): The SEL-T400L Time Domain Protection is an ultra-high-speed transmission line relay, traveling-wave fault locator, and high-resolution event recorder. And, T400L provides high-resolution event records sampled at 1 MHz. Using these events, we can analyze transients, such as traveling waves from fault, breaker restrike, or partial discharge. This paper give an overview of our field verification project, installation situation,the analysis results of the waveform recorded on T 400 L accompanying opening and closing of installation section circuit breaker.
