要約(英語): In substations, protection and control systems based on IEC 61850 standard are capable to collect the statuses of the devices and the main circuits through communication networks without using special tools for the analysis. In this research, we construct a flexible and advanced intrusion detection system considering both cyber and physical behaviors. Its effectiveness to detect attacks to IEDs is verified by experiments.
