要約(日本語): 事業価値の評価法としてUNPV法が挙げられる。UNPV法を適用する際に事業者のリスク価値を表すために効用関数を使うが、その関数には様々な難点がある。そこで我々は効用関数を前面に出さずにリスクを評価する方法として、UNPV法をプロビットモデルに帰着させることにより簡約化し、効用関数を前面に出さずに事業価値を評価する方法を提案し、各種の検定およびモデルとUNPV法によるプロジェクト採否結果の差異や信頼区間などを検証する。

要約(英語): We have already proposed a risk assessment method for generation investment using the net present value based on utility indifference pricing (UNPV method). In this paper, we form the probit model of a generation project of gas thermal power plant, in which only the electric power price is probabilistic. Then, we compare the results of UNPV method and the probit model.
