要約(英語): Several output smoothing controls of storage facility to compensate output fluctuations of wind turbine generator have been proposed. so far. In this paper, we propose “Model Predictive Reference Governor” for storage facility to decide the reference signal fulfilling constraints and realizing output smoothing,and discuss usability by comparing with output smoothing controls proposed until now.
