要約(日本語): This study provides electricity consumption characteristics analysis for Japanese residential and commercial areas for summer season. It is conducted by composing demand regression models by using meteorological parameters and a dummy holidays. The demands are analysed for each year (from year 2007 to 2009). Results shown applied variables have significance which tend to influence higher residential than commercial area.
